EnCaps unveils at the CES in Las Vegas its solution for creating and managing the digital product passport ("DPP Builder")

Industrie-mag.com: EnCaps unveils its "DPP Builder" solution at the CES in Las Vegas

With its innovative solution "DPP Builder," enCaps aims to prioritize launching its unique DPP solution to four identified sectors: mobility (bicycles and automotive), luxury, art, and video games.

Among the first clients, the French company Bee-cycle offers a service bike and long-term rental for businesses. This company enlisted enCaps to provide all stakeholders (Bee-cycle employees, fleet managers, preparers, and the end user) with access to all necessary information for the service's proper functioning at each stage (preparation, delivery, maintenance schedule, etc.). Whether it's the bike preparer or the end user, they will simply need to scan the enhanced QR code with their phone to access information and value-added services dedicated to them. In the mobility market, enCaps has also signed a contract with a leading automotive player for a project that is still under confidentiality.

Finally, the company plans to launch soon Point Nexus, a platform specific to the video game universe, meeting the needs of its partner Plug In Digital and any studio and publisher. It will now be possible for them to control the distribution of video game keys sold on online stores by attaching a digital passport to each license. The main objective: to limit the "grey market" by preventing the resale of these keys on other retail sites at an unfair price.

All these technological solutions will be presented at the CES in Las Vegas 2024 by enCaps, which can anticipate rapid international growth: "We are going to CES to test the American market and generate business opportunities with local players, as well as with major European accounts who are attending, eager to strengthen their technology monitoring," concludes Pascal Jarde, CEO of enCaps.
